Changes to our immediate telephone interpreting service

TIS National is making some exciting changes to our immediate phone interpreting service.

You will notice that when you dial 131 450 to request an interpreter you will be asked to state the language you require while waiting on hold. More information on what to expect when you call TIS National is available via the immediate telephone interpreting section of our website.

This change is required to help us deliver a brand new feature that will help our operators connect you to an interpreter in the right language more quickly, which you will notice being rolled out in a few months’ time.
