Decommissioning of the pre-booked telephone interpreting form

From Monday 15 August 2022, the pre-booked telephone interpreting form will no longer be available on the TIS National website. Agency clients will need to pre-book a telephone interpreter by logging in to the TIS Online portal and clicking the Create pre-booked telephone job button.

How do I access the TIS Online portal?

All agency clients with a TIS National account are automatically registered to use TIS Online to manage their interpreter bookings. 

To book a pre-booked telephone assignment, you must be registered as an agent on your TIS National client code with a unique username and password. 

Your agency administrator is able to add new agents. Alternatively, please email TIS National’s Client Liaison Team at tispromo@homeaffairs.gov.au
