In line with the Government’s Digital Transformation Agenda, TIS National has transformed its services to make them simple, clear and fast.
TIS Online is a private and public sector award winning automated booking tool that enables agency clients and interpreters to self-manage their on-site interpreter bookings online.
The Automated Telephone Interpreting Service (ATIS) is available in over 50 languages for agency clients who need to access a phone interpreter directly. It allows clients to connect with a phone interpreter, without having to call the TIS National Contact Centre for operator-assisted interpreter allocation.
To access interpreting services, including our automated services, your agency needs to register an account with TIS National.
