Interpreter booking form
If you would like to pre-book a phone or on-site (face-to-face) interpreter, please complete the online form below.
Booking requests will only be taken up to three months in advance for both pre-booked phone and on-site interpreting jobs.
The minimum booking times are as follows:
- 30 minutes for a pre-booked phone interpreter
- 90 minutes for an on-site interpreter.
Confirmation of receipt of this request will be sent to your nominated email address. Likewise, you will be sent a job number when an interpreter has been allocated to this booking.
This booking may incur charges. Please refer to the interpreting service charges for a schedule of GST inclusive charges.
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email providing valid reasons for the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or the client will be charged. The cancellation fee is the charge for the period of the booking. To cancel your booking contact the relevant team at TIS National.
