Do you send booking requests to TIS National by fax?

In an effort to create a streamlined and paperless booking system, from 1 September 2014, TIS National will no longer accept booking requests which are sent by fax.

From this date, booking requests for on-site and pre-booked phone interpreters will only be accepted through the online interpreter booking form on our website.

FAQs now available in 9 new languages

TIS National is pleased to announce that we now have Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for non-English speakers available in nine new languages.

These translated FAQs provide helpful information about our services for our non-English speaking clients, designed to answer some of the common questions about TIS National in their own language.

New e-Billing system launched

TIS National has now launched the new e-Billing electronic invoicing system.

e-Billing replaces paper invoices that were previously mailed to fee-paying clients. e-Billing allows you to download and view your TIS National invoices online or print hard-copies if required.
