Access Automated Telephone Interpreting Service (ATIS) on 1800 131 450
As of 27 June 2024, you will not be able to access ATIS by calling our contact centre.

The Automated Telephone Interpreting Service (ATIS) is a service for agency clients who need to access immediate phone interpreting. ATIS avoids call wait times by bypassing the need to wait and speak to an operator. Instead, you will be connected directly to an interpreter.

To streamline TIS National calls and improve the overall client experience, ATIS will only be available via a dedicated phone number: 1800 131 450.

As of 27 June 2024, you will not be able to access ATIS by calling our contact centre.

ATIS users can be offered discounts of up to 10% on interpreting charges. ATIS is available in more than 50 languages. More information is available on the ATIS web page.
