TIS National is committed to improving services to provide our clients with more options to access interpreting services.
Following the launch of our new, more intuitive website in July 2013, we have continued to develop the website to expand our online service offering and we will soon launch our newest service, TIS Online.
TIS Online is a new automated booking tool which you can use to easily request, monitor and manage all of your on-site interpreter bookings online.
TIS Online helps you:
Manage your bookings. TIS Online gives you more visibility of your on-site interpreter requests and bookings, allowing you to view and make updates quickly and easily.
Keep informed. TIS Online automatically sends you notifications by email or SMS as the status of your booking requests change.
Quickly secure an interpreter. Using TIS Online helps us find an interpreter in the shortest possible time frame while ensuring you receive the highest credentialed interpreter available.
Stay connected wherever you go. TIS Online works on mobile devices, allowing you to manage your bookings anywhere, anytime.
Easily update your details. You can update your agency’s details and invite other staff members to use your TIS Online account.
We anticipate TIS Online will be launched in late 2014.
If your agency is registered with a TIS National account, you will receive a TIS Online invitation by email upon launch to get you started. The email will also include links to some useful TIS Online training resources.
